주먹고기 13000원. 오겹살 14000원. 껍데기 8000원. 된장찌개 3000원. 소주 5000원. 상호는 연탄구이집. 간판은 연탄생고기. 흔히 뚝도시장 연탄집으로 불린다. 연탄이 계속 피워져 있고 드럼통 같은 테이블 아래에서 불 조절만 해준다. 돼지고기 메뉴를 전부 다 먹었는데 생고기, 오겹살, 갈매기살, 항정살, 껍데기 전부 신선하고 리얼한 한돈 맛이 났다. 넉넉한 채소와 꽤 시큼한 신 김치가 같이 나온다. 위생을 생각한다면 입구부터 들어가기 꺼려지지만 가게를 꽉 채운 동네 어르신들을 보고 있자면 여기는 노포 맛집(Hole in the wall) 인증이다. 고기를 다 먹고 날때쯤 사장 할머니께서 숭늉을 내어주시는데 양은 적지만 뜨끈한 국물은 속 푸는데 최고다.

This establishment goes by the name Yeontan Galbi House, with a distinctive sign depicting soft-boiled meat. Locally, it is commonly referred to as Ttukdo Market Briquette House. The unique feature of this place is the burning briquettes, with the fire being controlled beneath the drum-like tables. I had the opportunity to try the entire pork menu, including raw meat, pork belly, galmaegisal, and skin, all of which had a fresh and authentic pork flavor.
The dishes are served with an abundance of vegetables and notably tangy kimchi. While concerns about hygiene might cross your mind at the entrance, observing the local elderly patrons filling the establishment certifies it as a long- established restaurant or a hidden gem.
Upon finishing the meat, the owner's grandmother graciously serves Sungnyung. Although the portion may be modest, the hot soup is perfect for soothing the stomach.
